✶ Why is shipping so expensive?
The prices provided cover postal and packaging costs. I don't earn anything from shipping fees which are outta my control.

✶ When can I expect my order?
Please allow up to 10 working days for me to fulfil your order. I’m a one-person team and each order is personally packaged by me. Once shipped, it’ll take about 1 to 3 working days for Singapore orders and 1 to 4 weeks for international ones.

✶ I entered the wrong shipping address?
Packages with incomplete or incorrect addresses are usually returned to me, and I'll repackage and redeliver them- you just gotta pay for re-delivery fees.

✶ I didn’t receive my order?
Please email me and we’ll sort it out. I’m not liable for lost untracked mail, but I’ll try my best to see what I can do. To make sure you receive your order I strongly recommend tracked shipping.

✶ Do you do refunds, returns or exchanges?
I'm able to perform a refund as long as your package has not yet been fulfilled. However, once items are shipped, all goods sold are non-refundable / exchangeable.

Any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. I have no control over these fees as customs policies vary by country.

How to clean:
✸ Spot clean with a damp cloth by dabbing instead of scrubbing
✸ Vacuum or use a lint roller to pick up dirt
✸ Do not wash, soak or expose to extreme heat

✸ Air dry rugs after they've been exposed to water
✸ Keeping your rug away from direct sunlight will ensure colour fastness
✸ Shedding is normal, snip stray fibres off, instead of pulling on them

For floor rugs:
✸ Laying your rug completely flat for a couple hours will help straighten it out
✸ It’s recommended to place them in a low moisture area with little foot traffic

Please keep in mind all rugs are handmade and should be handled with care to ensure longevity.
